A   Community Mixer is in the works!   This collaborative event is being co-sponsored by:  Yarnell Area Resource Group, Yarnell Regional Community Center, Weaver Mountains Chamber of Commerce

Purpose:    a) To welcome new residents in our Service area
b) To provide opportunity for new(ish) residents to meet more people in town
c) To introduce residents to opportunities engagement/entertainment/information
d) To provide opportunity for organization leaders to connect/attract potential new volunteers   Saturday,   January 19  5:30 – 7:30 pm     Yarnell Regional Community Center We are designing this event so that there are fun, interactive ways for people to get to know about businesses (especially restaurants, who are donating platters of food!), and non-profit organizations in the area. This is your invitation to attend and participate in making our new neighbors and  residents feel welcomed in our amazing corner of the world!  A similar event was held four years ago, sponsored by the Chamber, and held at the Family Diner.  People had a wonderful time, and with all of our new residents, we’re overdue for another mixer! We would appreciate your participating in several ways for this event:
O Send someone from your organization to mingle at the Mixer!
O Provide brochures if you have them about your organization that will be available.
O If 2-3 people from your organization like to cook or bake, we are also looking for volunteers to provide a variety of  finger foods.  .
Please let me know that you have received this invitation, and what level of participation
will work for your organization.  Would appreciate hearing by the end of the year!  We will provide more details about the event in early January.
